For its 15th edition, the PAPJAZZ Festival does not deviate from its promise to be the great annual event for music lovers and culture lovers at the beginning of the year.

Germany, the country that will be showedcased during this 15th edition, will take this opportunity to promote its destination and present an exceptional duo.

The Haiti Jazz Foundation underlines its desire to strengthen the Creole Jazz to give it the chance to establish and export itself to the world, like Latin Jazz.

With the help of the Swiss Embassy, the foundation will promote a beautiful meeting of 6 Creole artists, all fervent defenders of Creole Jazz.

They will present an original creation of the “Kreol Jazz Project” at the close of the PAPJAZZ

The International Afro-Descendants Decade 2015-2024.

On the occasion of the 6th anniversary of the Afro-descendants’ Decade, the UNFPA office will present a short documentary on the drum at Quisqueya University on 22 January.

A safe and eco-responsible PAPJAZZ:

Protocols to fight against Covid-19 are put in place on all major stages: temperature reading at the entrance, distribution of hand sanitizers, social distancing, mask will be required for access to the sites (masks will be distributed by the Ministry of Citizenship and Patriotism).

In addition, thanks to the support of several partners such as WIN GAZ, the Student Affairs Directorate of Quiqueya University and the Aroch program, PAPJAZZ maintains its eco-responsible initiative with the PAPJAZZ VERT which aims to reduce its impact on the environment.
